The six-episode series will be available on FOX Nation, the network's streaming subscription service. The format expands beyond the original show's Indianapolis 500 focus to cover the entire 17-race season, with three episodes dedicated to the lead-up to the Indy 500 and three covering the remainder of the championship battle.
A Penske representative confirmed the project, stating, "Shoulder programming remains very important to us and also to FOX Sports. We're optimistic fans will see even more of it this year than in recent seasons."
Some producers from the original "100 Days To Indy" series may return for this new iteration. An official announcement is expected to coincide with the season opener in St. Petersburg.
