NASCAR Driver Cam Brings Immersive In-Car Experience to Max

NASCAR announced a groundbreaking feature called "NASCAR Driver Cam" launching exclusively on Max streaming platform, starting with the Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium.

Key features of NASCAR Driver Cam:

  • Available for all 38 races of the season
  • Covers every Cup Series driver
  • 1080p high-fidelity video feed
  • In-car scanner audio and ambient sound
  • Real-time driver statistics and telemetry data including:
    • Speed
    • RPM
    • Gear position
    • Race status
    • Lap number
    • Current position

Viewing options include:

  • Individual driver cameras
  • Two pre-set multiview streams featuring four drivers each
  • Fan-voted driver selections through B/R Racing's social media
  • Ability to pause, rewind, and fast-forward live footage
  • Post-race replay access for each driver's stream

This launch is part of TNT Sports' new seven-year media rights agreement with NASCAR. The network will broadcast five Cup Series races during summer 2025:

  • Atlanta Motor Speedway (June 28)
  • Chicago (July 6)
  • Sonoma Raceway (July 13)
  • Dover Motor Speedway (July 20)
  • Indianapolis Motor Speedway (July 27)

These five races will feature an inaugural in-season tournament format, with the top 32 drivers competing for a $1 million prize. Additionally, truTV and Max will exclusively broadcast practice and qualifying sessions for the season's second half.
