The team's headquarters will be centered in Fishers, Indiana, where construction of a state-of-the-art facility is nearing completion. Additional operations will be split between Silverstone, UK, and Charlotte, North Carolina, creating a unique presence across three major motorsport hubs.

Team principal Graeme Lowdon emphasizes that while the organization will race under an American flag, driver selection will be strictly merit-based. This includes potential American drivers like Colton Herta, whose selection would depend on securing an FIA Super License.

The Silverstone facility will serve as the European logistics hub and house a small manufacturing operation focused on wind tunnel model components. The team has secured a long-term agreement to use a wind tunnel in Cologne, Germany.

The strategic placement across Indianapolis (IndyCar), Charlotte (NASCAR), and Silverstone (Formula 1) locations embeds the team within key motorsport communities. The Fishers facility will handle primary operations, while the Charlotte location will collaborate closely with GM's Technical Center.

This multi-location approach aims to leverage existing motorsport talent and infrastructure while maintaining the team's American identity. Cadillac received official confirmation from F1 and the FIA last week, clearing the way for their 2026 grid entry as the sport's 11th team.
