Justin Grant Scores Record 8th Career Victory at Ocala Speedway's Winter Dirt Games
Justin Grant secured his eighth Winter Dirt Games victory at Ocala Speedway, extending his record as the most successful driver at the 3/8-mile dirt track in USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship competition. Starting from sixth position, Grant captured the win in the 30-lap main event by making a strategic pass on leader Daison Pursley with five laps remaining.

Grant's extensive experience at Ocala proved crucial as he maneuvered through lapped traffic to claim his 55th career USAC National Sprint Car victory. Earlier in the evening, he tied Rich Vogler's record with his 35th career fast qualifying time.
The race saw several lead changes and dramatic moments, including Chase Stockon's brief takeover of first place before a yellow flag reversed his fortune. Brady Bacon and other frontrunners faced mechanical issues throughout the event.
In the closing laps, Grant successfully defended against Kyle Cummins to secure a 1.482-second victory. The podium was completed by Pursley in third, while Mitchel Moles and Jake Swanson rounded out the top five.
Notable performances included Jadon Rogers' impressive drive from last to 13th place, earning him hard charger honors, and Tom Harris matching his career-best USAC finish in seventh place.
The victory strengthens Grant's position in the championship as the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship continues with three more nights of racing at Ocala Speedway for Winter Dirt Games XVI from February 13-15, 2025.
