Toyota and EVgo are collaborating to bring advanced DC fast charging stations to California, focusing on equitable EV charging access. The initiative will start with two locations in Baldwin Park and Sacramento.

Each location will feature eight 350kW DC fast charging stalls capable of simultaneous charging, making them among the most powerful public charging options available. These stations are scheduled to begin operations in 2025.

This project is part of Toyota's broader "Empact" vision, which aims to democratize access to EV charging infrastructure and sustainable mobility solutions across communities.

"We are proud to partner with Toyota to build new fast charging resources that will support the equitable distribution of charging infrastructure in the Golden State."

The strategic placement of these charging stations in Baldwin Park and Sacramento reflects a commitment to serving diverse communities while expanding California's growing EV charging network.
