Starting the weekend third in points, Anderson knew he needed an event win to clinch the title. As the No. 1 qualifier, he progressed through elimination rounds, defeating Kenny Delco and Corey Reed before facing critical matchups in the semifinals.
The championship drama peaked when Glenn defeated Enders, followed by Anderson's crucial victory over points leader Stanfield. In the winner-take-all final round, Anderson edged Glenn by just 0.0022 seconds to claim his 106th career victory and the championship.
"This is the most meaningful championship because of how we had to win it," Anderson said. "Our class is in great shape with so many young guns, but I'm not ready to quit. I'll quit when I can't win anymore – and apparently, that's not yet."
This victory, Anderson's first since April, showcases the veteran's continued excellence in a sport increasingly dominated by younger talent. The win was especially meaningful for KB Titan Racing, with Anderson crediting his team's support for the championship success.
Anderson's achievement reinforces his legacy in Pro Stock racing, demonstrating that experience and skill can still triumph in a highly competitive field. His emotional celebration, complete with tears and champagne, reflected the magnitude of this remarkable accomplishment in his illustrious career.
