Team co-owner Jeff Dickerson highlighted the significance of McCall's addition, citing their long-standing professional relationship and shared vision for racing operations.

Dax Gerringer, a veteran race engineer with nine seasons at Stewart-Haas Racing, has been appointed as technical director. Gerringer brings over 20 years of experience and 34 Cup Series wins to the organization.

For the 2025 season, Spire Motorsports will field three entries:

  • Justin Haley in the No. 7 with crew chief Rodney Childers
  • Michael McDowell in the No. 71 with Travis Peterson
  • Carson Hocevar in the No. 77 with Luke Lambert

McCall expressed enthusiasm about joining the organization, citing its upward trajectory and his long-standing relationship with Dickerson as key factors in his decision.
