Winners are selected by a panel of automotive and motorsport executives, providing invaluable paid experience across multiple companies within the industry. The program's success is evident through its first four winners, who have all secured roles in motorsports and automotive fields.
"It has been fantastic to see the impact that Cedric, AJ, Maddie, and Natasha are already having in the industry, and we look forward to finding more great talent in 2025," said motorsports executive Jeff Swoboda.
The award honors Rod Campbell's legacy, who passed away in March 2020, and is overseen by an accomplished board including representatives from NBC Sports, Bryan Herta Autosport, Steinbrenner Racing, and other prominent organizations in the industry.
