P1 Motor Club: Luxury Motorsports Paradise Coming to Florida's Treasure Coast in 2025

P1 Motor Club, a comprehensive motorsports lifestyle community, is set to open on Florida's Treasure Coast in 2025. Located 50 minutes north of Palm Beach and 20 minutes west of the Atlantic Ocean, this 650-acre development will feature two world-class racetracks and premium country club amenities.

The facility will comprise three main areas:

  • P1 Members' Club: Featuring a 4.5-mile P1 Circuit, residential community, and clubhouse
  • Treasure Coast Motorsports Complex: Including a 3.2-mile circuit, 1.2-mile karting track, skid pad, and off-road course
  • P1 Motorsports R&D Park: Offering commercial space for race shops and vehicle storage

The project is led by the P1 Founding Family: Ari Straus, former CEO of Monticello Motor Club; Molly McCoy Straus, Duke and Kellogg School graduate; and Aurora Straus, professional race car driver and Harvard graduate.

Phase I development has begun and will include:

  • Mixed-surface off-road circuit (launching Q1 2025)
  • 4.5-mile P1 Circuit (opening late 2025)
  • GarageMahals with living space options
  • Autominiums (trackside residential units)
  • Paddock garages
  • Motorsports R&D Park

The flagship 4.5-mile P1 Circuit, designed to FIA Grade 2 safety standards, features:

  • 14,000 feet of straights
  • Figure-8 layout
  • High-superelevation corners
  • Elements inspired by famous racetracks worldwide

The facility will operate year-round, offering driving experiences for all skill levels, from young teens to professional drivers. Family-friendly amenities include:

  • Expansive clubhouse
  • Swimming pool and spa
  • Walking trails
  • Dog parks
  • Sports courts (pickleball, tennis, basketball)

Membership is by invitation or referral only, with over 150 Charter members already confirmed. Real estate offerings are exclusive to members, with 70% of Phase I properties already reserved.
