The selected participants include:

  • Ty Arbogast (14) - Undefeated champion in Briggs L0206 Junior class at NCMP
  • Vaughn Beesley (17) - KA100 class champion at NCMP
  • Sarah Bradley - First female participant, ROK Cup Florida Winter Tour winner

The two-day program features:

  • Ground school instruction
  • Skid control training
  • Lead-follow sessions
  • Braking and shifting drills
  • Handling exercises
  • Optional third lapping day

Participants will train using the Ligier JS F4-16 chassis, equipped with Hankook racing slicks and a Honda 2.0-liter Mountune engine—the same combination used in the Ligier JS F4 Series.

The scholarship program has proven successful, with notable alumnus Patrick Woods-Toth winning both the F4 U.S. championship and Formula Regional Americas title after completing the program in 2022. He joins Kyle Kirkwood and Dakota Dickerson as one of only three drivers to achieve consecutive championships in both series.

Scott Goodyear, F4 U.S. race director, emphasizes the program's effectiveness in developing new drivers, noting how it helps them transition from karts to race cars while learning from experienced instructors.

The initiative, now in its third year, represents a collaboration between Parella Motorsports Holdings and Radford Racing School, offering promising karters a structured pathway into professional motorsport.
