- Practice session
- Single-car qualifying
- 125-lap feature race
- Participation limited to top 20 points holders from 2024 Bowman Gray Stadium Modified standings
The event will incorporate the Fan's Challenge, where the four fastest qualifiers can choose to:

"The sell-out demonstrates the historic significance of this event," said Justin Swilling, NASCAR Clash project lead. "We're bringing an incredible race weekend to Winston-Salem that spotlights Bowman Gray Stadium's Modified Division on a national stage."
