Trent Owens will reunite with AJ Allmendinger, transitioning from his 2024 role with Daniel Hemric's No. 31 team. Allmendinger returns to full-time Cup Series competition.

Mike Cook joins as technical director, coming from Stewart-Haas Racing where he served as lead engineer. Cook expressed confidence in the team's potential, highlighting Dickeson's stability as beneficial for Dillon and the strong working relationship between Allmendinger and Owens.

"I think this is the most impressive competition leadership group we have ever had," said Kaulig Racing president Chris Rice. "Bringing in smart people with fresh eyes will really help us compete on the track."

Cook emphasized that while changes take time in racing, he believes the team has the necessary tools and support for immediate impact in the 2025 season.
