Juncos Hollinger Racing Bolsters Leadership: Phillips and Edwards Join IndyCar Team
Juncos Hollinger Racing strengthens its NTT IndyCar Series team with experienced motorsport veteran Will Phillips as head of trackside engineering, joining recent hire David Brown who serves as technical director. The team also elevates Tom Edwards to team manager, working under team principal Dave O'Neill.
Phillips brings valuable experience, having overseen the development of the Dallara DW12 chassis during his time at IndyCar. "I'm excited to contribute to a team committed to excellence and innovation," Phillips stated.

Team principal Dave O'Neill, who joined from Formula 1 last season, praised both appointments: "Will's technical expertise and leadership in engineering are second to none, and Tom's deep understanding of the team's operations makes him the ideal candidate to guide us forward as team manager."
While Sting Ray Robb is confirmed for JHR's second entry, the team's primary car position remains unfilled as one of two remaining seats in IndyCar.
