The bespoke monoblock forged aluminum wheels, developed specifically for the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech Championship Series, meet both ACO and IMSA LMDh Hypercar regulations. The design resulted from close collaboration between HRC US and 2elle, combining precision engineering with advanced computer simulations to achieve optimal weight-to-stiffness ratios.
Luigi Lucaora, 2elle-engineering's founder, emphasizes this partnership's significance in expanding their global motorsports presence, while HRC US's LMDh Large Project Leader Jason Castillo praised 2elle's expertise in developing wheels that meet endurance racing's demanding requirements.
Additionally, 2elle has secured an Industry Support Partnership with IMSA, providing factory support services for race wheels in both GT and GT-Prototype (GTP) classes of the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. This support begins with the 24 Hours of Daytona and continues throughout the championship season.
The wheels are manufactured entirely at 2elle-engineering's Italian facility, incorporating the latest technological advancements in wheel performance and safety standards.
