Mueller, fresh from his podium finish with Peugeot Sport at Bahrain, replaces Pascal Wehrlein in the team's distinctive yellow 'Banana Boat' that finished sixth at the Daytona 24 Hours. The Swiss driver currently competes in Formula E with Porsche customer team Andretti.
JDC-Miller brings impressive credentials to Sebring, having won the 12-hour race in 2021 and finishing second in 2022 during the DPi era. Mueller's addition strengthens an already competitive lineup, bringing extensive prototype racing experience from his WEC career.
"I can't wait to turn my first laps in the Porsche 963 and compete in my first prestigious Sebring 12-hour," said Mueller. "It's known as the toughest race on the IMSA calendar. I am confident that together with JDC-Miller MotorSports, Gimmi, and Tijmen, who bring lots of Sebring 963 experience, we have a strong foundation."
John Church, JDC-Miller Managing Partner, expressed confidence in the enhanced driver lineup, building on their strong performance at Daytona. The collaboration between Porsche and JDC-Miller continues to strengthen their GTP program in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
