
Former Haas F1 Boss Guenther Steiner Added to Race Industry Week Speaker Lineup
Guenther Steiner, former Haas F1 team principal, will be a featured speaker at the 5th Annual Race Industry Week, scheduled for December 2-5, 2024. The event is free to attend and will be presented by EPARTRADE, RACER, and SPEED SPORT.

Steiner's impressive motorsport career spans multiple disciplines and decades. Starting in rallying, he achieved success with various teams including Mazda, Top Run, and Jolly Club, securing three consecutive Italian Rally Championship titles from 1994-1996 as technical manager.
His career progressed through prominent roles including:
- Team manager at Prodrive's Allstar Rally Team, winning the European Championship
- Director of engineering at M-Sport, working with World Champions Colin McRae and Carlos Sainz
- Managing director at Jaguar Racing F1 team
- Leader of Red Bull's NASCAR program in the United States
- Founder of FibreWorks Composites, a carbon-composites manufacturing company
As Haas F1 Team principal (2014-2023), Steiner led the team from its inception to becoming an established Formula 1 competitor. Notable achievements include:
- Finishing 8th in their debut 2016 season with 29 points
- Securing the team's first F1 pole position in 2022 with Kevin Magnussen
- Establishing Haas as a leading independent F1 team
