Erick Rudolph Returns to Super DIRTcar Series Full-Time After Three-Year Break
Erick Rudolph will return to the Super DIRTcar Series as a full-time competitor in 2025, following a three-year hiatus. The Ransomville, NY driver, who last competed full-time in 2021, will begin his championship pursuit at New Egypt Speedway on March 29.

Rudolph, fresh off winning three consecutive BRP Tour championships, made the decision to return to maintain freshness in his racing career. "Every few years, you just have to do something a little different," he explained. "If you don't do things different every few years, it just feels like the same grind."

The 31-race schedule includes stops at four tracks where Rudolph has previously claimed Super DIRTcar Series victories. Notable among these is Sharon Speedway, where he's won five times, including three Lou Blaney Memorial races.
Rudolph enters the season with strong momentum after an impressive showing at the Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals, where he secured three top-five finishes and won the finale, advancing from 11th to first place in just 25 laps.
Despite his success, Rudolph maintains a measured approach to the upcoming season. "I don't have any expectations right now," he said. "There's a couple of guys that are more consistent at every single track they go to and for good reason. They have good teams, and they're good drivers. We'll go into it, do the best we can, and we'll see what happens."
