
David Gravel Completes World of Outlaws Sprint Car Sweep at Volusia Speedway Park
David Gravel dominated the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series at Volusia Speedway Park, securing a weekend sweep of the Bike Week Jamboree.

Starting from third position, Gravel methodically worked his way through the field in the No. 2 car. After dropping to fourth early, he climbed back to third by Lap 5, seized second position on Lap 11, and took the lead from Giovanni Scelzi on Lap 15. He maintained control throughout heavy traffic to win by nearly two seconds.
The victory marked several milestones for Gravel:
- His 105th World of Outlaws win, tying Joey Saldana for seventh all-time
- His seventh win at Volusia, matching Brad Sweet for second-most at the track
- Extended his 2025 championship points lead to 44 over Logan Schuchart
Logan Schuchart finished second after a fierce battle with Giovanni Scelzi and Carson Macedo. Scelzi, who led the first 14 laps in the KCP Racing No. 18, rounded out the podium. Carson Macedo and Jacob Allen completed the top five.
