Conner Morrell, a 20-year-old sprint car racer from Bradenton, FL, has signed with Bill Rose Racing for his rookie season with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Cars in 2025. He'll be piloting his familiar No. 28 car under Rose's banner, joining teammate Zach Hampton who drives the No. 6 car.

Morrell brings valuable experience from competing in Ohio and western Pennsylvania, with notable victories at Butler Speedway (Michigan) and Lernerville Speedway (Pennsylvania). He also completed the full All Star Circuit of Champions tour in 2023, helping prepare him for the challenges ahead.

The young driver acknowledges the steep learning curve that comes with joining "The Greatest Show on Dirt." Despite facing numerous new tracks and competing against the sport's elite, Morrell remains enthusiastic about the opportunity, which came together unexpectedly after the Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals.

Morrell becomes the seventh rookie in the 2025 class, bringing the total number of full-time World of Outlaws competitors to 15. His addition strengthens Bill Rose Racing's presence on the tour as they field two cars for the upcoming season.
