Danny Creeden Earns Hard-Fought Second Place at BAPS Modified Feature
Danny Creeden secured a second-place finish at BAPS Motor Speedway in the 358 Modified feature, completing a successful journey from Wurtsboro, NY. Starting fifth in the 30-lap main event, Creeden worked his way up to third and eventually second after leader Ryan Godown experienced a blown right rear tire.

Despite multiple restart opportunities, Creeden couldn't overtake eventual winner Billy Pauch Jr. "I think my tire gave up late and Billy had more tire left than I did," Creeden explained post-race. "We took some stagger out before the race and should've left some more in it."
The race strategy proved crucial, with track positioning playing a vital role. "You want to stay near the hub here for sure," Creeden noted. "There was a little hole down in the corner, and I would hit that, and the car would hop and skip across the racetrack."

Creeden's Spec 358 motor continues to perform exceptionally well, contributing to recent successes including a second place at New Egypt, strong showings at the Coalcracker and 76er events, and a victory at Thunder. The team is considering one final run at the Gobbler at Accord before refreshing the motor.
