Having missed the first nine rounds of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship due to an ACL injury, Craig confirms he's now fully recovered and has been training consistently for six weeks. His knee is back to 100%, though he acknowledges the fitness challenges after his extended break.
Craig expresses enthusiasm about returning to Yamaha, praising the team's environment and his work with trainer Gareth Swanepoel. Beyond racing, he takes on a mentorship role, helping develop the team's younger 250-class riders in their transition from amateur to professional racing.

Joining teammates Cooper Webb (current points leader) and Justin Cooper (recent Indianapolis runner-up), Craig maintains realistic expectations for his Birmingham debut. While his practice performance has been strong, he aims to establish his position among the competition, targeting top-5 to top-10 finishes initially.
Looking ahead, Craig seeks his first 450cc victory, building on his successful 250cc career. He emphasizes the importance of gradual progress, starting with podium finishes, and expresses confidence in both his equipment and team structure as he returns to competition.
