With 47 total World of Outlaws victories, Macedo ranks 18th all-time and is approaching the prestigious 50-win club. His team's consistency has shown in championship standings, finishing third from 2021-2023 and rising to second in 2024.

For 2025, Macedo's team remains stable with crew chief Philip Dietz leading Adam Zimmerman and Robby McQuinn. The championship pursuit begins at Volusia Speedway Park's Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals on February 5-8.

Macedo acknowledges the intense competition level, noting that consistent top-five finishes and avoiding DNFs are crucial for championship success. His main competition will be defending champion David Gravel, who claimed his first title in 2024 after three runner-up finishes.
