Can-Am Speedway Joins 2025 Short Track Super Series as 17th Venue
Can-Am Speedway has joined the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco for the 2025 season, becoming the 17th track on the schedule.

The half-mile oval, known as the Nasty Track of the North, will host its inaugural STSS event on Monday, August 4. The event, titled 'The Gloves are off 51', will feature collaboration with the Watertown Boxing Club for an enhanced fan experience.
Strategic scheduling places this event one day before the 'Summer Showdown on the Border' at Mohawk International Raceway, creating an attractive double-header for racing teams in the northern region.
