Roy Silvers Memorial Opens 2025 Points Championship at Outlaw Speedway
Outlaw Speedway kicks off its 68th season with the Roy Silvers Memorial points race, following a weather-challenged April. The event marks the first full point-paying show of the 2025 campaign.

Track owner Tyler Siri confirms the facility is in excellent condition after weathering a harsh winter, with all off-season improvements completed and staff ready for action.

The Fritz Masonry Youth Bandits will make their 2025 season debut. Buckley's Tire and Brake of Horseheads, NY sponsors the memorial event.
The memorial honors Roy Silvers, a prominent Elmira businessman and racing supporter who passed away from COVID-19 on December 1, 2020, at age 66.
