
Aston Martin THOR unveils 2025 Valkyrie line-ups and stunning liveries for WEC, IMSA campaigns
The Aston Martin THOR team has unveiled its driver lineups and liveries for the 2025 FIA WEC Hypercar and IMSA GTP campaigns featuring the new V12-powered Valkyrie AMR-LMH prototype.

For the FIA WEC campaign, the No. 007 car will be piloted by Harry Tincknell and Tom Gamble for the full season. Tincknell, who was instrumental in the Valkyrie's development, brings valuable GTP experience, while Gamble joins fresh from McLaren.
The No. 009 WEC entry pairs veteran Aston Martin factory driver Marco Sorensen with Heart of Racing regular Alex Riberas. Both drivers bring extensive racing experience and proven success in multiple series.

In IMSA GTP, the single-car effort will be based in Phoenix, Arizona, featuring Ross Gunn and 2022 GTD champion Roman De Angelis in the No. 23 car. The pair will debut at Sebring, making history as the first LMH-spec prototype to compete against LMDh entries in the championship.
For the Le Mans 24 Hours, Gunn and De Angelis will join the WEC team, with Gunn completing an all-British lineup in the No. 007 and De Angelis strengthening the No. 009 crew. Both drivers will also compete in the WEC races in Qatar and Bahrain.
The liveries showcase British Racing Green for the WEC cars, while the IMSA entry features Heart of Racing's signature navy blue and yellow color scheme. Additional drivers for endurance races will be announced later.
