Tony Kanaan has been promoted to team principal, replacing Gavin Ward, while Scott Harner joins as director of race operations. Technical director Nick Snyder continues to oversee the engineering group, forming a strong leadership core alongside Harner and general manager Brian Barnhart.
Key personnel changes for 2025 include:
- Heath Kosik as Siegel's car chief
- Kate Gundlach promoted to Siegel's race engineer
- Jim Boman joining Lundgaard's crew
- Chris Stafford leading car builds
- Didier Francesia hired as shop-based resource
The team is implementing new support structures to handle the compressed 17-race schedule spanning just under six months. This includes enhanced shop-based crews to assist with turnaround between races and improved engineering capabilities focusing on simulation, CFD, and AI development.
The engineering department maintains continuity with race engineers Will Anderson, Kate Gundlach, and Chris Lawrence all promoted from within. New performance engineers have been strategically placed across all three cars to strengthen the technical program.
With these changes, Arrow McLaren aims to create a more stable environment conducive to achieving their goals of winning championships and the Indianapolis 500.
