Team principal Philippe Sinault highlighted Gounon's successful integration through his reserve role, where he competed in half of last season's races. Sinault praised Gounon's GT experience as valuable to the Hypercar project.

Makowiecki's arrival brings extensive experience and technical expertise to the team. His analytical approach and racing intelligence are expected to contribute significantly to Alpine's development.

These changes come as Nicolas Lapierre transitions to sporting director and Matthieu Vaxiviere moves to reserve driver for the 2025 season.
