
Yelloly Powers Acura Meyer Shank to Top Times in Daytona Testing
BMW factory driver Nick Yelloly led the Saturday sessions at Daytona International Speedway's IMSA test, posting a 1m35.708s lap in Meyer Shank Racing's No. 93 Acura ARX-06 during morning running.

Tom Blomqvist's Friday afternoon time of 1m35.905s in the sister No. 60 MSR Acura was second quickest overall. Both times were approximately three seconds off the GTP class lap record.
Porsche Penske Motorsport's No. 6 963 completed the most laps with 487 circuits - 171 more than the next closest competitor. The Lamborghini Iron Lynx SC63 showed promising pace, leading Friday morning's session with Andrea Caldarelli and running P2 Saturday afternoon with Romain Grosjean.
In GTD PRO, the Ford Mustang GT3 program continued its strong development as Dennis Olsen topped all GT runners with a 1m48.177s lap in the No. 65 Ford Multimatic Motorsports entry. Teammate Seb Priaulx was just 0.019s behind in the No. 64 car.
Eliott Skeer set the GTD class pace at 1m48.438s, while Malthe Jakobsen's 1m38.635s from Friday afternoon stood as the fastest LMP2 time.
The test featured 31 cars across all four IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship classes, with teams focusing on personnel integration and setup development across varying conditions during 10 hours of running, including night practice. Testing concludes Sunday with two three-hour sessions for GTD and GTD PRO entries only.
