Women with Drive Summit brings groundbreaking opportunities to Indianapolis this December, marking a significant milestone in advancing women's roles across motorsport disciplines. The fourth annual gathering will be hosted at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Show from December 10-11.

Led by Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA), the summit serves as a premier platform for celebrating women's achievements in motorsport, from engineering and design to racing and media.

Key Summit Highlights:

  • Location: Indianapolis Motor Speedway ("Racing Capital of the World")
  • Dates: December 10-11, 2024
  • Focus: Professional development, mentorship, and networking
  • Support: Backed by Mobil 1 as the primary sponsor

The summit's impact is already evident in educational institutions. At Belmont Abbey College, female student enrollment in motorsport programs has increased from four to fifteen students in three years, according to Dr. Lindsay Hofferberth, Assistant Professor of Sport & Motorsport Management.

"WWDIV is more than an event — it's a movement that honors the resilience and skill of women who have paved the way and those who will continue to break new ground," says Cindy Sisson, Executive Director of WIMNA.

Michelle Hassinger, OEM Marketing Manager for ExxonMobil, emphasizes Mobil 1's commitment: "The Mobil 1 brand has a passion for inclusion and a love of driving, and the WWDIV Summit is an important part of that mission."

The summit continues to drive positive change within motorsport, creating opportunities for women across all aspects of the industry. Tickets are currently available for the December event.
