
Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup Documentary 'First to the Finish' Hits Prime Video March 25
The Whelen Mazda MX-5 Cup presented by Michelin will debut in a new Prime Video docuseries on March 25. The announcement came during a private screening in St. Petersburg, coinciding with Rounds 3 and 4 of the racing series.

- Shea Holbrook (BSI Racing team owner)
The series offers unprecedented access to the high-stakes world of MX-5 Cup racing, showcasing:
- Race preparation and strategy
- Behind-the-scenes coverage
- In-depth interviews with drivers, pit crews, coaches, and families
- The intense competition environment
Produced by Boardwalk Pictures, known for "Welcome to Wrexham" and "Cheer," the docuseries captures the risks and rewards of competitive racing. Executive Producer Sarina Roma emphasizes the series' focus on "passionate characters competing in a high risk, high reward environment."

The production team includes executive producers from Boardwalk Pictures, Mazda North American Operations, and GroupM Motion Entertainment, with award-winning director Annetta Marion at the helm. The series will be available exclusively on Prime Video in North America.
