Vauxhall Grandland GSe: 320hp Electric SUV Coming in 2025 to Challenge Enyaq vRS
Vauxhall has confirmed a high-performance GSe version of the Grandland Electric SUV will launch in 2025, targeting rivals like the Skoda Enyaq vRS.
The Grandland Electric GSe is expected to use a dual-motor powertrain similar to the upcoming Peugeot E-5008, producing around 320hp - a significant upgrade from the current single-motor variant's 213hp.
This performance-focused model will likely feature:
- All-wheel drive from dual electric motors
- Enhanced power output (~320hp)
- Sport-tuned suspension
- Distinctive styling upgrades
- Similar approach to the existing Astra GSe
While matching the performance of the Skoda Enyaq vRS and Volkswagen ID4 GTX, the Grandland GSe won't reach the extreme performance levels of the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N. Instead, it aims to balance everyday usability with enhanced driving dynamics.

The current Grandland Electric features a single front-mounted motor producing 213hp. While adequate for daily use, this new GSe variant will add the excitement and performance that some buyers seek in the electric SUV segment.
Full specifications and pricing details will be announced closer to the vehicle's launch in 2025.
