Trackhouse Racing and global music star Pitbull have officially ended their partnership after a successful five-year collaboration that began with the team's formation in 2021.

The announcement came through social media, with Pitbull stating the partnership termination is effective immediately. Despite the split, he will still perform the pre-race concert at this Sunday's Daytona 500.

During their partnership, Pitbull played a crucial role in introducing NASCAR to new audiences. The collaboration yielded several notable moments, including:

  • The release of Pitbull's "Trackhouse" album in 2023
  • Daniel Suarez's themed car at Dover Motor Speedway
  • Regular appearances by Pitbull at racetracks

Trackhouse Racing, which currently fields three full-time cars in the Cup Series for Ross Chastain, Shane van Gisbergen, and Daniel Suarez, has accumulated eight career wins since its debut.

Team founder Justin Marks praised the partnership's success, noting that Pitbull joined when the team had "no certainty of any material success" and has now been "rewarded for the impact he's made." Both parties expressed mutual appreciation and gratitude for their time together, with both messages ending with their signature "DALE!" exclamation.
