Kamui Kobayashi reclaimed the GTP lead for Wayne Taylor Racing from Meyer Shank Racing's Colin Braun in a decisive move at the tri-oval. Louis Deletraz now leads in the No. 40 WTR V-Series.R, maintaining a 1-second advantage over Raffaele Marciello's No. 24 BMW M Hybrid V8.

The Cadillacs dominate the top positions, with Jack Aitken's Whelen No. 31 in third and Brendon Hartley's WTR No. 10 in fourth.

In LMP2, Danish drivers lead the pack with Malthe Jakobsen (No. 04 CrowdStrike Racing ORECA) ahead of Nicklas Nielsen (No. 88 AF Corse ORECA). Paul di Resta holds third in United Autosports USA's No. 22.

GTD PRO sees Kelvin van der Linde's No. 1 BMW M4 GT3 EVO leading Tommy Milner's No. 4 Corvette Racing Z06 GT3.R, with Jordan Pepper's No. 9 Pfaff Motorsports Lamborghini in third.

The GTD class is dominated by Tom Sargent in the No. 120 Wright Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R, holding a 10-second lead over Mattia Drudi's No. 27 Heart of Racing Team Aston Martin. Patrick Gallagher (No. 96 Turner Motorsport BMW) and Daniel Morad (No. 32 Korthoff Competition Motors Mercedes-AMG) round out the top positions.

The No. 44 Magnus Racing Aston Martin has officially retired following an engine failure, marking the race's third retirement.
