Steve O'Neal, promoter of Port Royal Raceway in Pennsylvania, has been named the 49th annual Auto-Racing Promoter of the Year at the 52nd Annual RPM@Daytona Workshops. The prestigious award recognizes excellence in race track promotion and management.

"This is an incredible honor," O'Neal stated, emphasizing that the achievement reflects a team effort. "We all pour our heart and soul into it, and we hope to carry on the tradition for many years to come."

Other notable recognitions at the event included:

• April May Preston of Bear Ridge Speedway received the Jody Deery Award
• The Buckeye Figure 8 Nationals at Painesville Speedway won Outstanding Event of the Year
