Porsche, Cadillac Set Identical Times in Rolex 24 Night Practice
Nick Tandy and Kamui Kobayashi set identical fastest lap times of 1m36.921s in Thursday night's Practice 2 at Daytona International Speedway. Tandy led in the No.7 Porsche 963, while Kobayashi matched the time in the No.40 Wayne Taylor Racing Cadillac V-Series.R.

The 90-minute night session saw limited GTP car activity and focused primarily on Bronze and Silver-rated drivers completing mandatory night-time certification laps. The top five was completed by:
- 3rd: Brendon Hartley (No.10 WTR Cadillac)
- 4th: Mathieu Jaminet (No.6 Penske Porsche)
- 5th: Pascal Wehrlein (No.85 JDC-Miller MotorSports 963)

- LMP2: Malthe Jakobsen (No.04 CrowdStrike by APR ORECA 07)
- GTD PRO: Jules Gounon (No.75 Express Mercedes-AMG GT3) - 1m47.809s

The session ran without interruptions, despite Conrad Laursen's No.50 AF Corse Ferrari 296 GT3 experiencing mechanical issues at the International Horseshoe. Both Paul Miller Racing BMW M4 GT3 EVOs showed strong pace in GTD PRO, finishing second and third with Jesse Krohn and Kelvin van der Linde respectively.
