Max Blair Returns to World of Outlaws Late Models, Targets Volusia Victory
Max Blair returns to compete in the 2025 World of Outlaws Late Models season, starting with the upcoming races at Volusia Speedway Park. Blair and Centerline Motorsports will participate in both the DIRTcar Sunshine Nationals (Jan. 22-25) and Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals (Feb. 13-15).

Blair has shown strong performance at Volusia, securing five Super Late Model top-five finishes between World of Outlaws and DIRTcar competition, including a third-place finish in last year's DIRTcar Nationals finale. He's still pursuing his first win at what's known as the "World's Fastest Half Mile."
Entering his second year with Centerline Motorsports, Blair brings momentum from four regional Super Late Model wins in 2024. His World of Outlaws career includes notable achievements:
- First WoO victory in 2017 at McKean County Raceway
- Three wins in four years as a part-time competitor
- Third-place points finish in 2022 behind Dennis Erb Jr. and Tanner English
- Most recent WoO win at Bloomsburg Fair Raceway
After transitioning to Longhorn Chassis in early 2024, Blair feels confident about his prospects for 2025. "We switched chassis brands last year and it took a long time to get rolling," Blair said. "I feel like we keep getting better and better. Hopefully those three or four close ones are definite wins this year and we get a few more than that."
The 2025 World of Outlaws Late Models season kicks off with six nights of racing at Volusia Speedway Park, starting with the DIRTcar Sunshine Nationals followed by the Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals in February.
