The driver lineup includes:

  • Michelle Gatting (Denmark)
  • Rahel Frey (Switzerland)
  • Sarah Bovy (Belgium)
  • Célia Martin (France)

For the WEC, Iron Dames will partner with Team Manthey, featuring Gatting, Bovy, and Martin as the core team. Proton Competition will support other series, with Gatting, Bovy, and Frey forming the core lineup for the Michelin Endurance Cup.

The partnership builds on Iron Dames' previous successes, including their historic FIA World Endurance Championship win in the 2023 season finale at Bahrain. Founded in 2018 by Deborah Mayer, Iron Dames has consistently broken barriers in endurance racing.

Future plans include integration with Porsche's junior development programs, connecting national support initiatives in Porsche one-make cups with the Iron Dames Young Talents program. This structure aims to create a clear pathway from karting to top-tier racing for aspiring female drivers.

Thomas Laudenbach, Vice President Porsche Motorsport, emphasized the company's commitment to equal opportunities and diversity in motorsport, while Deborah Mayer highlighted the partnership's potential to inspire the next generation of female racers under the "Every Dream Matters" movement.
