Farmer City Raceway to Launch 2025 Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series

The 2025 Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series kicks off with an exciting season featuring 27 races across six states and 18 different tracks. The opening event takes place at Farmer City Raceway during the prestigious Illini 100 weekend.

Key Details for the Season Opener:

  • Dates: April 10-12
  • Location: Farmer City Raceway
  • Thursday: Open practice for Midgets and Late Models
  • Friday: First Feature race ($4,000 prize)
  • Saturday: 30-lap Feature finale ($5,000 prize)

The event also launches the Xtreme Outlaw-POWRi Challenge Series, a 10-race competition with stops at:

  • Farmer City Raceway
  • Coles County Speedway (May 30-31)
  • Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55
    • Pevely Summer Nationals Shootout (June 20-21)
    • Ironman 55 (Aug. 1-2)
  • Finale weekend:
    • Doe Run Raceway (Sept. 5)
    • Highland Speedway (Sept. 6)

Challenge Series Prize Structure:

  • Total points fund: $5,000
  • Champion: $2,500
  • Runner-up: $1,250
  • Third place: $600
  • Fourth place: $400
  • Fifth place: $250

Last year's Farmer City winners:

  • Friday: Ryan Timms (Oklahoma City, OK)
  • Saturday: Ashton Torgerson (Medford, OR) Both victories came with Keith Kunz/Curb-Agajanian Motorsports.
