
Cory Kruseman Appointed as USAC West Coast Operations Director
Cory Kruseman has been appointed as the Director of USAC West Coast operations, overseeing all United States Auto Club racing activities in the western United States. A 2023 National Sprint Car Hall of Fame inductee, Kruseman brings extensive experience as both a driver and team owner.

His impressive career achievements include:
- 1999 Non-Wing World Sprint Car Champion
- 2000 & 2004 Chili Bowl Midget Nationals victories
- 2002 & 2005 USAC Indiana Sprint Week titles
- 2006 USAC CRA Sprint Car championship
- 2011 USAC Western States Midget championship
- Over 100 sprint car feature wins
In his new role, Kruseman aims to:
- Bridge gaps between racers, tracks, and sponsors
- Support upcoming generations of racers
- Implement new marketing strategies
- Connect with promoters and racers
- Ensure the sport's long-term sustainability
The USAC West Coast leadership team also includes Tony Jones leading the Avanti Windows & Doors USAC CRA Sprint Car division and Malyssa Young heading the Avanti Windows & Doors USAC Western States Midget series.
"I want to be somebody who can help bring everyone together and figure out what it's going to take to help the sport thrive into the future," says Kruseman, emphasizing his commitment to racing's future on the west coast.
