Despite leading every lap, Kofoid faced constant pressure from Macedo's No. 41 car, who attempted multiple passing strategies including bottom rolls, sliders, and top-side runs. The Roth Motorsports driver maintained his composure and crossed the finish line with just under a second's advantage.

This victory marks Kofoid as the third multiple-race winner in 2025, joining David Gravel (five wins) and Kyle Larson (two wins). It also represents Kofoid's first win at Lawton, making him the seventh different victor in eleven World of Outlaws races at the Oklahoma track.

The Roth Motorsports team has shown remarkable improvement, securing four consecutive top-two finishes and ten straight top-10 placements. Carson Macedo finished second, while Emerson Axsom completed the podium after a late-race charge past David Gravel. Sheldon Haudenschild rounded out the top five.

Notable performances included:

  • Ryan Timms: KSE Racing Hard Charger (22nd to 12th)
  • David Gravel: Simpson Quick Time (130th career)
  • Logan Schuchart: NOS Energy Drink Heat One winner
  • Buddy Kofoid: TheGreatestStoreonDirt.com Heat Two winner and Toyota Dash victor
  • Bill Balog: WIX Filters Heat Three winner
  • Blake Hahn: Micro-Lite Last Chance Showdown winner

The World of Outlaws Sprint Cars continue their season at Wichita's 81 Speedway in Kansas on March 29, 2025, for their only Kansas appearance of the year.
