CASM Safety Products Joins World of Outlaws Sprint Cars & Midgets as Contingency Sponsor
CASM Safety Products has partnered with World Racing Group (WRG) as a contingency sponsor for World of Outlaws and Xtreme Outlaw Midget events, bringing their innovative safety technology to dirt track racing.

The company's patented compression absorbing seat mount system, developed by Scott Coffman and engine builder Ron Shaver, reduces impact forces on drivers by 68-75% during crashes. This breakthrough technology earned a prestigious red ribbon patent award for its exceptional design.
As part of the partnership:
- World of Outlaws drivers displaying CASM decals will be eligible for a $50 cash award for finishing in designated positions
- Winners of Heat Race #2 in Xtreme Outlaw Midget events will receive a $50 product certificate
- The system can be customized to fit any racing vehicle
"CASM is growing exponentially, making this the perfect time to expand into the worldwide Sprint Car and Midget racing market," said Coffman, the company's president. The safety system has already gained significant adoption among Micro, Midget, and Sprint Car teams.
The partnership debuts during the 2025 season:
- World of Outlaws: February 5-8 at Volusia Speedway Park (Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals)
- Xtreme Outlaw Midgets: April 10-12 at Farmer City Raceway (Illini 100 weekend)
CASM plans to expand their safety technology beyond dirt track racing, with potential applications in Late Models, NASCAR, and other motorsport categories. All World of Outlaws and Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series races will be available live on DIRTVision.
