Despite having previous World of Outlaws experience, Winger views 2025 as his true first year due to the limited 2020 schedule. The upcoming season features nearly 60 races, providing a complete World of Outlaws experience.

Since 2020, Winger has built an impressive resume, including:

  • Multiple Midwest and Southeast event appearances
  • Two full seasons on the DIRTcar Summer Nationals trail
  • 2023 Hell Tour championship

Winger enters 2025 better equipped than his 2020 campaign, when he managed to win at Cedar Lake Speedway and claim Rookie of the Year despite limited resources. His improved preparation includes:

  • Enhanced funding
  • Expanded parts inventory
  • Greater racing experience
  • Stronger overall team infrastructure

The season kicks off at Volusia Speedway Park's DIRTcar Sunshine Nationals (January 22-25), followed by Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals (February 13-15). While Winger has previously won at Volusia, he acknowledges the track remains a challenge he hopes to master in 2025.

"I've always been a believer in just getting out and racing," Winger stated, emphasizing his commitment to competing against the best drivers every night. His strategic focus on Midwest racing experience should prove valuable across the season's diverse schedule.

This return to full-time World of Outlaws competition represents Winger's most prepared and promising opportunity to compete at the highest level of Late Model racing.
