Briggs Danner enters the East Coast Indoor Dirt Nationals at CURE Insurance Arena with momentum from three podium finishes in four recent Indoor Auto Racing Series races. The 23-year-old Allentown driver aims to convert his consistent performances into victory at the February 21-22 event in Trenton, NJ.

Danner's recent racing schedule has kept him sharp, including appearances at the Chili Bowl Midget Car races and five USAC National Sprint Car series events in Florida. Driving the Dave Bodine No. 99, he'll look to improve upon his previous podium finishes at Trenton.

The competition will be fierce, with defending champion Anthony Perrego, 2023 winner Tim Buckwalter, and 2020 victor Jon Keller all vying to become the first repeat winner in the event's history. Billy Pauch Jr., who has qualified for all five previous features, returns seeking his first Saturday A-Main victory after multiple near-misses.

Notable entries include:

  • Steven Snyder Jr. (4th place finisher last year)
  • Christian Bruno (Linda's National Open 600 winner)
  • Brian Carber (previous contender)
  • Lavar Scott (fresh from ARCA 200 at Daytona)
  • Steve Buckwalter (Sprint Car ace)

Event Schedule:

  • Friday: Doors open 6 PM, Racing starts 7 PM

    • 90 wingless 600 Sprints competing
    • 25-lap feature
  • Saturday: Doors open 4 PM

    • Autograph session: 5 PM
    • Qualifying events (E through B mains)
    • 40-lap main event

The Trenton track's unique high-banked clay oval has produced exciting racing, with three of five previous winners starting outside the top ten. The banking and cushion create multiple racing lines, making for competitive and unpredictable outcomes.
