Starting from sixth position in the 30-lap feature, Pauch quickly advanced to fourth within four laps, passing Danny Creeden and Danny Bouc. By lap five, he moved into third place after passing Rick Laubach. On lap ten, Pauch overtook Matt Peck for second place, trailing only Ryan Godown.

The race's dynamics changed when Godown's car began showing smoke from the right rear tire. After a lap 16 caution, Pauch maintained pressure on Godown. The decisive moment came on lap 20 when Godown suffered a right rear flat tire, giving Pauch the lead. He successfully defended against Danny Creeden's challenges on multiple restarts to secure the victory.

Despite concerns about track conditions following the 410 sprint feature, BAPS's track crew delivered a competitive racing surface. "The track was really good and we could run all over it," Pauch noted, praising the facility's continuous improvements.

This victory holds special significance as part of the Breitenstein team's most successful season, with wins at multiple tracks including BAPS, Big Diamond (Coalcracker 72), and New Egypt Speedway (Garden State Gunfight). Pauch emphasized the achievement's importance for the modest-budget team, crediting their partnership with Atlantic Sprinkler for providing a motor.

Looking ahead, Pauch and the Kid Racing No. 1 team are preparing their big block car for Volusia Speedweek 2025, building on their successful 2024 campaign.
