Volkswagen ID2 X: Latest Small Electric SUV Debuts at IAA 2025
The Volkswagen ID2 X is VW's upcoming compact electric SUV, set to debut at the IAA motor show in Munich this September. This new model joins VW's expanding lineup of small EVs, alongside the ID2 hatchback, Cupra Raval, and Skoda Epiq.
Based on the same platform as the ID2, the new SUV will feature:
- Front-wheel drive configuration
- Battery options from 35kWh to 60kWh
- Power outputs between 160hp and 225hp
- Range up to 280 miles
- 10-80% charging in approximately 20 minutes
