The winning lineup consisted of Dan Goldburg, Rasmus Lindh, Paul di Resta, and James Allen. Their race was remarkably clean, with only minor setbacks including a flat tire at halfway and a late drive-through penalty for a pit lane incident.

Goldburg, who had claimed pole position by defeating Ben Keating's five-year streak, showed significant improvement from his previous year's performance. His enhanced fitness and calmer approach behind the wheel proved crucial to the team's success.

The victory marked a special moment for Rasmus Lindh, who reunited with Goldburg after their previous collaboration in LMP3. Their partnership, which began in 2020, has been instrumental in elevating both drivers' performances.

James Allen secured his second Rolex win in three years, though under different circumstances from his dramatic 2023 photo-finish victory. While he won't continue with the team for the remainder of the season, the victory represents a significant achievement for United Autosports as they look ahead to the Sebring 12 Hours.

The team plans to celebrate together before the Sebring race, with Allen flying in specifically for the celebration. The drivers await their Rolex timepieces, the traditional prize for class winners at the prestigious event.

This victory marks a remarkable turnaround for the team, particularly after their challenging 2023 season where they managed only one podium finish. The win sets a positive tone for their 2024 campaign in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
