Thermal Club IndyCar GP Nears 5,000 Ticket Sales Target
The Thermal Club is nearing its target of 5000 attendees for the inaugural IndyCar Grand Prix, with VIP tickets already sold out according to track GM Nicholas Rhoades. With general admission tickets priced at $475, the event aims to generate over $2 million to cover IndyCar's sanction fee and operational costs.

Notable improvements from last year's non-championship "All Star" race include:
- Extended grandstands along the back straight (Turns 6-7)
- Expanded hospitality and VIP areas
- Reconfigured viewing area at Turns 15-16, replacing the suite-topped berm with grandstands
- Sufficient seating capacity for all attendees
While the future of The Thermal GP on IndyCar's 2026 calendar remains uncertain, the private facility has garnered strong support from its residential members who are eager to showcase the track's capability to host professional motorsport events.
"Everybody's super excited," notes Rhoades, highlighting the anticipated mix of members watching from trackside homes and general spectators at the event.
