A late-race caution with seven laps to go bunched the field back together. In the closing laps, Dietz mounted a serious challenge, pulling alongside Smith with two laps remaining. The decisive moment came in turn 1 of the final laps, where Dietz's aggressive move resulted in contact with the turn 2 wall, allowing Smith to secure his second win of the 2025 season.

Lance Dewease finished third and earned the Ramsey's Car Wash Hard Charger award. Michael Walter, finishing 15th, claimed the J&S Classics Warrior Award.

In other action, Christian Bruno won the USAC East Coast Wingless Sprint Cars feature after a strategic late-race pass on leader Briggs Danner. Tony Jackson claimed victory in the wingless sportsman competition after overtaking Steve Wilbur in the closing laps.
