Red Bull Returns to NASCAR, Partners with Trackhouse Racing for Van Gisbergen and Zilisch Sponsorship

Red Bull has partnered with Trackhouse Racing to sponsor Shane van Gisbergen and Connor Zilisch in NASCAR competitions. The energy drink giant will serve as the official energy drink partner for Trackhouse Racing and primary sponsor for select races.

Van Gisbergen's No. 88 Chevrolet will feature Red Bull as primary sponsor for five NASCAR Cup Series races:

  • Las Vegas Motor Speedway (March 16)
  • Sonoma Raceway (July 13)
  • Iowa Speedway (Aug. 3)
  • Daytona International Speedway (Aug. 23)
  • Kansas Speedway (Sept. 28)

Zilisch will make his Cup Series debut in the Red Bull-sponsored No. 87 Chevrolet at Circuit of The Americas on March 2.

Red Bull's NASCAR Next Gen car

This marks Red Bull's return to NASCAR after a 12-year absence, following their exit in 2011. Van Gisbergen, a Red Bull Athlete since 2016 and three-time Supercars champion, brings existing ties with the brand. Zilisch, who joined as a Red Bull Athlete in August, currently races full-time with JR Motorsports in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Trackhouse Racing founder Justin Marks emphasized the significance of the partnership, noting the shared passion for racing and storytelling between the two brands. The collaboration aims to enhance NASCAR's global appeal and bring new audiences to the sport.
