Key organizational changes include:
- Keith Rodden's promotion to vice president of competition, overseeing performance, budgeting, and strategic partnerships
- John Klausmeier's appointment as technical director, joining from Stewart-Haas Racing to lead technical engineering and vehicle systems
Boswell, who has personal connections to the team through his father's racing history with Dale Earnhardt, expressed enthusiasm about contributing to the No. 3 Chevrolet's success. "This truly feels like a full-circle moment," he stated.
The restructuring aims to enhance RCR's competitive position, with Rodden emphasizing the organization's strong resource foundation for 2025 and beyond. Klausmeier will oversee all competition departments, reporting to Rodden, as the team focuses on consistent championship contention.
These changes demonstrate RCR's commitment to building a stronger technical foundation and pursuing improved on-track performance in upcoming NASCAR seasons.
